Is it possible to negotiate with a realtor or landlord for a deposit of 1 month instead of 2. I don't understand where it is needed at all. They have nothing to break there, one piece of furniture :) and is it possible to bargain with them (realtor, owner).

And in what condo? It seems to me that it depends on the realtor and the owner. Some in the same condo have a deposit of 1 month, others 2.
