Bank card for the island — Tinkoff Black. You can open an account in Thai baht, buy them at the exchange rate for rubles and withdraw from the bank without commission and conversion from 2000 to 100,000 baht (if less than 2000, then the commission is 50 baht, if more than 100,000, then 2%).
