Card - in Family March - from 300 baht, in Big C - from 100 baht, in Tesco Lotus - at least from how many, in 7-Elevan only Visa is also from 100-200 baht, in many cafes, if by card, then + 7% and so with MasterCard in the bank yellow can be withdrawn without commission - at the Russian rate - about 2.17 coefficient. If you want to withdraw 1000 baht from the card - they will withdraw 2170 rubles from the card.
