In any photo studio. There are a lot of them here - you just need to look closely. And so you can take a picture on your phone - in Photoshop or somewhere else to fit in the right sizes - and print. In Russia, I typed on photographic paper. And here on the usual - rolled without problems. At 10 baht it seems.
