Any markets, markets, really do not need to invent anything. Everything is fresh everywhere, they don't freeze.

Seedling pier, about 7 am, there you can shop around the warehouses some more, there is a lot of fish, there is no economic and practical sense, the prices and freshness are the same as in the markets.
