Order through lazada/ banana services. They deliver to the place of residence, call and warn that they will arrive soon. On the lazad you can order through cash payment upon receipt, but the limit on this function is 20,000 baht, if the price is above 20,000 baht, then payment only by card. The speed of delivery depends on the model. If they are lucky from China then 1-2 weeks, if they have a model here, then faster.
