Please tell me how to rent a decent Condo in Phuket for a couple of months? On local websites and marketplaces, they write only a one-year contract.

Less than half a year of booking/eirbnb and asking on the spot in the condo, there on a monthly basis will gladly pass for overprice.

Can be found for a couple of months, but the price per month will be x2, or even x3, than it would be with a contract for a year.
