Who opened the local dollar card, does it work in other countries? The bank said only here. We've been suffering with maps for a week.

I did not open the card, there is an account in USD in Bangkok bank, works without problems. A couple of moments, transfer from USD account to account in THB, only on working days and only through online banking, through the mobile application do not transfer.

No one opens dollar cards. there aren't even any, just bills. And the cards work in other countries.
