Yes everywhere. In any Family Mart, 7/11, a bunch of other shops, there are even a type of mobile phone salons. There's no problem with that. At the airport there are counters of operators, a tourist SIM card can be bought right there. If you do not know which SIM card to take - take Dtac (blue"" operator)."
