Rawai is a good area for tourism? Wouldn't it be boring to live there? Like the beaches, is it clean.

Rawai is a quiet, peaceful area where there is almost everything you need to live and entertain yourself a little. If you compare with the tour of the beaches, of course, most likely, it will be boring. There are no swimable beaches here, but depending on the location, the steepest beach (in my rating) naiharn will be close enough.

There are no beaches as such on Rawai. You have to go somewhere - to Naiharn or somewhere else. .
