You can snorkel on the yanui beach. 100 baht for 3 hours (they can offer first for two, but I must say that for 3 you want) + I advise you to take a canoe also for 100 baht and swim to the island opposite - it is very beautiful there!

On excursions where masked people eat, they are usually given this way. Included in the price of the tour. On the beaches of Phuket, there is no special need for a mask. So you can probably find where they rent, but I think it will be easier and faster to buy.
