Generally desirable. Sometimes they ask. Sometimes not. It is better to bother a little and make either a reservation, or book the desired flight and buy a ticket. Everything will be calmer than playing the lottery with the border service.

We booked that year, did not print, just showed on the phone. A girl with an important look went to her back room with my phone to check the reservation. I checked, returned the phone, let go of P.S.
