In which ATMs in Phuket can I withdraw money from a Sberbank card without commission (at the rate of the Central Bank)? And how do you find those ATMs?

No Thai ATM gives cash without commission if you insert a non-Thai bank card into it. In any commission 200-220 baht. To bypass this commission, money must be withdrawn not at an ATM, but in the bank window through an operator. The service is called cash advance. You need to have a card and passport with you. Banks search in Google Maps (a handy app on your phone to search for anything, anywhere).
