I want to send a parcel (new phone and accessories to it) from Kazan to Phuket. How reasonable is it to send by Russian post and what moments can wait with the tax and deadlines or is it better to find who can bring this good for a fee?

Terms 10-14 days. It is better to open the box, so that the tax is not calculated. But they can do the math. It's hard to predict. The tax is about ~20%. Private individuals didn't send me. But from Amazon I ordered a couple of times, once they stuck a tax, the second time not. You can challenge the tax, but you need to be prepared to conduct a dialogue in Thai. I didn't.
