where are the football fields and how to really meet the players there?

I know that there is a stadium in Surin (near the beach). I saw how football was played there in the evening. There are still fields in the town area - but they seem to play professionally. Patong also seems to have a football stadium. But where - I won't say - is google maps to ask.
