Please tell me the way out of the situation.. took tickets to Tai, 19.12.19 we will arrive, 18.01.20 we will fly. It's 31 days. 1 day of delay. Should I contact the immigration service? Maybe take an excursion to Cambodia or some other country nearby?

If you want straight without problems, then go to Cambodia for an excursion, why not, angkor wat is beautiful) and so, just when you depart pay a fine for each day of delay, 500bat like / day.

There will be overstays of 1 day. Pay a fine of 500 baht per adult. And you don't have to invent anything.
