Go to Patong Immigration, there is almost nothing needed at all, only a passport and a copy, and 1900 baht, photo 2 pcs and fill out a questionnaire there. No registrations are asked, unlike immigration in the town. If there is no photo and copy then everything is done there. True, copies are expensive for 20 baht, you can make 2 baht in advance at the copy center.
