A lot of people just travel with Russian. Myself included. There were no problems.

Not really. Po so signed the convention, but did not ratify it. In fact, the rights of the Russian model are not valid, but in fact, if a kind officer gets caught, he can let him go. Especially on the car. Cars brake at times less often.
