How strictly is the control of the transportation of alcohol to Phuket? Is it true that more than 1 liter per person is not allowed?

According to the rules - duty-free 1 liter of alcohol per adult. All that will be found more - either take away, or offer to pay a fee. Controlled in different ways. But if you go with a bunch of duty free packages - you can clearly arouse the interest of customs. Also, when leaving, you may be asked to put the suitcase on the X-ray tape.
