By taxi. And so it seems that there are some transfers from the airport to the pier. But they seem to start in the morning - around 10 o'clock.

1) by bus + ferry. Tickets are sold at the airport. 2) plane 3) taxi 4) rent a car with the possibility of renting to Koh Samui.
