Can you tell me how best to do Fly to Tai for 93 days, visa only 90, how to be? What happens if I am 3 days late? tickets are expensive to change now.

Well, there is some possibility that with such tickets (after 93 days) you may not be allowed at the border control.

So it will be oversteigned. In general, the question is how you were given a visa with such tickets. Oh well. In theory, it seems that there is an opportunity after the extension of +30 days to extend for another +7 days. But that's not accurate.
