Hi. Does anyone know for sure, with a tourist visa it is possible to open an account with a card in some local bank?

No one knows for sure. There is no clear and proven algorithm. Which was repeated at least more than 5-6 times

In the casicorn open sometimes. Deposit ask for 10000 baht to the account (can be withdrawn after opening) and insurance ~ 1500 baht. You may need to go around a few branches, because in some it is easier for the manager to say no than to mess with you. Also, NOT knowing English brings the chances of opening an account to zero.
