Yes full of such services, any realtor will almost help you book. Well, maybe someone you know you have in Thailand. For example, if friends write with such a request, I do so. They choose accommodation on the same sites, Booking. com or , airnbnb after I contact the hosts or hotel, pay with my Thai card in their name, they gave me rubles on the Russian card. It's simple.
