who flies home via Bankok if round-trip tickets are bought from Aeroflot. Tell me, where do we pass the border? In Bangkok? Are we picking up our suitcases in Bangkok?

It is better to check with Aeroflot. If you bought a docking through them, then most likely the suitcase will go by themselves. And border control will pass in Phuket. But that's not accurate. You have to look at which terminal and what flight you are departing from Phuket.
