How is it more profitable to fly to tai with rubles, to exchange baht there? Or should we change it for dollars and then change the dollar for baht?

Exchange for dollars. Only on bills of 100. Since in Tai the exchange rate still calls from the denomination of the bill. $100-50 changes with a slightly higher rate, $20-10 a little less, $5-1 even less exchange rate.
