You can take out as much as you want. The question here is how many of them can be imported into Russia. Or where you're flying there.

From 19.08 it will be possible to import only 5 kg.(it does not matter, luggage or hand luggage) without phytosanitary certificates. Now the restrictions are only on the allowed weight of luggage and hand luggage.
