Can they put a stamp at the border not for a month but for 18 days, because the type of ticket was bought on the 18th?

Maybe, a couple of days ago a girl friend was put like that. There was a 3rd tourist visa, they did not want to let in at the border, after SEVEN HOURS!!! negotiations with the help of 400 rengit let in. They said that the tourist visa would no longer be able to come and put a stamp before the date that was in the ticket. In general, instead of 60, only 18 days are obtained. I went on my own. If I had gone with the official office, this most likely would not have happened.
