Is it possible in Phuket to extend the visa at the immigration office with an overstay of 1 day?

As far as I know, this should not be done. Loyal only at the airport are treated. This is where IDC could end.

Last year in Phuket town extended with 1 day overstay. But the oversteign came on a day off. Extended. They didn't take a fine. But a mark of overstay was put in the passport.
