The off-season is a cloudy sky almost always, it is a storm at sea or waves in which it is impossible to enter (well, or perhaps, if you are a surfer), it is a WINDMILL, low (relatively) prices for durian, there are no traffic jams on the roads and very few tourists. And there may be no rain Smile
