i.e. all three times had stamps for 30 days? In principle, there should be no problems in a month. Although there is a small risk of falling. And so you can make a normal tourist visa for 60 days in Russia this month, followed by extending it for another 30 days (without leaving Thailand). You need to do it through a visa center or a travel agency - Google will tell you.
