I had such a situation. just not for 1 time. then I read it. per month 100 000 baht. then a commission of 2% of the amount.

Well, yeah. The terms of the tariff must be read. There's like 100 thousand . baht per month without commission, and the rest is 1 or 2 percent - I don't remember anymore.
