Please advise how to buy more profitable baht? With rubles, barter is the most undesirable in terms of benefits. It turns out to be a dollar. Is it more profitable to cash out dollars for baht through the card at the bank or in the exchanger?

You will not be able to cash out. In Thailand, only baht can be withdrawn from the card. Therefore, the best option is to take with you some amount in dollars in cash. And some should be withdrawn in baht from a ruble card if necessary.
