In September-October better Than Samui, in Phuket it can not be comfortable a little.

September is the rainiest month. On the sea, the waves are a meter and a half. The water is always warm, but swimming is problematic (unless you're a surfer).

The temperature is stable, it will definitely not be cold. But the probability of rain in September-October is high.
