When booking a ticket, the Thai airline indicated incorrectly the letter in the surname. Can I change it somehow, or is all lost? There is a Thai phone number, but I'm in Russia and I don't know English.

I think you can write a letter to their official mail, describing the situation. Compose the letter on the Russian without intricate phrases, translate it into Google translate and send, they should respond within a day.
