I don't think it's real. I don't know why they write here that it is possible to find something on Patong for 10k, this is not true. High season and unrealistic to find something normal cheaper than 35-40k. You can find in the center for 12-15, but they usually do not give up for a short time, but if there is time to travel around the center, then probably you can find something.
