If still in Russia, you can buy a cream from Floresan - a full block or SPF 45 or 50 - which will be available. Cheap and reliable.

Any in which zinc oxide and titanium dioxide are composed + correct application in 2 layers with a break of 15 minutes between layers and 30 minutes before sun exposure + renewal every 2 hours.
