A visa for 60 days is made at any consulate of the Kingdom of Thailand. In Russia, you do it in Moscow, read on the forums how, someone says that it is quick and easy. But my friends have arrived, they say unrealistically. The queue on the site can not be taken and everything is occupied in advance by travel companies, and if you do it through them, payment is accepted, but they do not give guarantees, so they flew here and will go to do it in KL. In Almaty and Astana, you can also do 2-3 working days costs $ 40-45, I once in Alma-Ata did in 2 hours. Also in your state you can make a multivisa for 180 days, but not in all consulates, you need to check with them.
